The Idol Of Lord Shiva

This is an Idol of Lord Shiv situated at Kachnar City in Jabalpur. It is nearly 75 feet high and is an excellent work of fine art.

The statue of Lord Shiva also  houses a cavern with replicas of Shivalingam from important holy shrines of Lord Shiva all over the country.

Problems And Solutions........

                                The second phase of the 15th Indian National census is being conducted in India from February 9th and the target to finish it is on March 5th. 

                                Most of the teachers have been called for Census duty. In the absence of the teachers, it is becoming difficult for the school management to conduct the classes smoothly. And the important thing is that they could not refuse the census duty. Now is there any solution to this problem ? I think, there is a solution to every problem. 

                                In Kalyan, near Mumbai, a school faced a similar problem when sixteen out of twenty teachers, at Balak Mandir Marathi Primary school, were asked to report for census duty. The school management held a meeting with the parents. In the meeting the parents and the grandparents of the students came up with an idea. They told the management that they would teach the students till the time the teachers return from census duty. The school run classes till Std IV. 

                              The management agreed and now the parents and the grandparents are teaching the students. Most of the parents who volunteered to teach, are educated housewives, some of whom had taught in schools before turning house-makers. So in this way now the children won't have to suffer.

                              When the problem arises, there is always a solution to it. The only thing is that it has to be found. A problem is an obstacle which hinders the achievement of a particular goal, objective or purpose. In order to remove this obstacle we should find the best possible solution. Problem and Solution are the two sides of the same coin.

                               These roads are a source of inspiration for us. It is the Roads that takes us from one place to another. They always remind us that life means movement, continued growth, success and success after a success. Goals get changed but journey continues.
                     In order to reach our goal we should know the correct direction of the road, because wrong direction lead us towards unknown destinations which will be of no use to us. It may only waste our time and we can be deprived of the new opportunities in life. 
                    Sometimes we find ourselves standing at the crossroads getting confused. That's the time when we should take correct decisions. Goals should be clear in our mind. Then only we could get success.
                   Often difficulties come in our life in the form of curves, barriers, bumps,Traffic lights,speed breakers etc, but they should be taken as a challenge. These hindrances could be tackled one by one. If you have determination and perseverance then any type of goal can be achieved.    
                  One thing should be kept in mind that even after the goal is achieved, the road never ends. It goes on and on, setting new horizons, new destinations for us to conquer.
