Take Everything Positively

                              A baby mosquito came back after its first flight.
                              Dad asked:- “how did you feel ?”
                              It replied:- “Dad it was wonderful. everyone was clapping for me”.
                             This should be our attitude towards life. We should take everything positively  in life. Everyone faces problems in his daily life. When problems are big and your strength is no longer enough to carry them. Just don't give up. 
                              Don't think about what you haven't got. Think about what you have  and how to use it. One of the important aspect of life is to always remain happy and look towards the bright side of your life. This gives you strength to keep on going on your road to success. Find reasons to smile more often and then you will see that life will smile at you.
                              Believe in yourself and your abilities. Each person in this world has something unique within himself. Discover it and use it and then you'll see that people will follow your footsteps and will also respect you.
                             Try to help others. This simple act of helping others will fill you with joy. Try to thank people for even the smallest thing they do. For example, try to thank a sweeper for his work. Tell him that he is doing such a great work, which other people would normally hate to do And see the result yourself.
                                Allow yourself to laugh and find humour in the simplest of things. The simplest things in life give us the most pleasure.                              

Friends & Friendship.

                         When we look back on our younger years, we remember the people who went to school with us, the people who made us laugh, the people who hung out with us when nobody else would, and the  people who made our lives much better simply by being a part of it.
                            There may be somebody who is thinking about you RIGHT NOW and wishing that you were around. That's the wonderful thing about friendship-you always feel loved and cared about.The most important thing to remember is... Always appreciate the friends that you have.
                             A fight may come and go very easily, but a friendship could last forever. 
                            Whether we realize it or not, everyone we know is very special to us.
                             Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want to open their heart to us.
                             Most people walk in and out of your life. But only True friends leave footprints in your heart. 
                            Friendship is that unique relationship that knows no difference.                               

Helping Others......

                                   Some times ago,at the Seattle Olympics nine athletes, all mentally or physically challenged, were standing on the start line for the 100m race. The gun fired and the race began. Not everyone was running, but everyone wanted to participate and win. 
                       They ran in threes, a boy tripped and fell, did a few somersaults and started crying. 
                       The other eight heard him crying. They slowed down and looked behind them. 
                       They stopped and came back.... All of them.
                       A girl with Down's syndrome sat down next to him, hugged him and asked,"Feeling better now"?
                       Then, all nine walked shoulder to shoulder to the finish line.
                       The crowd stood up and applauded. And the  applaud lasted a very long time.....
                       People who witnessed this still talk about it.
                       Why ?
                       Because deep down inside us, we all know that the most important thing in life, is much more than winning for ourselves.
                       The most important thing in life is to help others  win. Even if that means slowing down and changing our own race.
                       A candle loses nothing if it is used to light another one.

ICE NUMBER

We all carry our mobile phones with names & numbers stored in its memory but nobody, other than ourselves, knows which of these numbers belong to our closest family or friends.

If we were to be involved in an accident or were taken ill, the people attending us would have our mobile phone but wouldn't know who to call. Yes, there are hundreds of numbers stored but which one is the contact person in case of an emergency? Hence this "ICE" (In Case of Emergency) Campaign.

The concept of "ICE" is catching on quickly. It is a method of contact during emergency situations. As cell phones are carried by the majority of the population, all you need to do is store the number of a contact person or persons who should be contacted during emergency under the name "ICE" ( In Case Of Emergency).

The idea was thought up by a paramedic who found that when he went to the scenes of accidents, there were always mobile phones with patients, but they didn't know which number to call. He therefore thought that it would be a good idea if there was a nationally recognized name for this purpose. In an emergency situation, Emergency Service personnel and hospital Staff would be able to quickly contact the right person by simply dialing the number you have stored as "ICE."

For more than one contact name simply enter ICE1, ICE2 and ICE3 etc. A great idea that will make a difference!

Let's spread the concept of ICE by storing an ICE number in ourMobile phones today! 
Please spread this. It really could save your life, or put a loved one's mind at rest .

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A CALL, THERE IS A HIDDEN CAMERA, DUE TO INTERFERENCE OF FIBRE OPTIC DURING SIGNAL TRANSFER. JUST GET OFF THE SHOW ROOM IN THAT CASE.

Mistakes and Mistakes

                     Recently I received an e-mail from a friend. I found it very funny and it made me smile. Here is the e-mail I am sharing with all of you.


If a barber makes a mistake,
Its a new style.


If a driver makes a mistake,
It is a New Path. 


If an engineer makes a mistake,
It is a new venture.


If parents makes a mistake, 
It is a new generation.


If a politician makes a mistake,
It is a New Law.


If a scientist makes a mistake,
It is a New Invention.


If a tailor makes a mistake,
It is a New Fashion.


If a teacher makes a mistake,
It is a new theory.


If our boss makes a mistake,
It is a New Idea.


If an employee makes a mistake, 
It is a Mistake Only.

Greed--An Endless Desire

                  It was a hot summer day. A lion was feeling very hungry. He came out of his den and searched here and there. He could find only a small hare. He caught the hare with some hesitation. "This hare cannot fill my tummy" thought the lion. 
                  As the lion was about to kill the hare, a deer ran that way. The lion became greedy. He thought, "Instead of eating this small hare, let me eat the big deer". He let the hare go and went behind the deer. But the deer had vanished into the forest. The lion now felt sorry for letting the hare off. 

                   

                  In one way or the other we all behave like this lion. We are not satisfied with what we have, but tend to run behind those things which are not within our reach. We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of some thing we don't have but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. We should not become prisoners of our own greed. 
                  Because we cannot have everything we want, we need to focus on what's important in our lives. We should learn to cope with this endless desire.

                 

Most of us miss out

Most of us miss out life's big prizes like Nobel,Oscar,Grammy. 

But we are all eligible for Life's small prizes.

Like :---

---A hug from the best friend,

---A short sleep on friends shoulder,

---A glorious sunset,

---A chat with those people with whom we feel most comfortable,

---An ice-cream when it's deadly cold,

---A silent night on the terrace,

---A slow walk on an empty road,with the person you love,on a full moon night,

So don't worry about life's big prizes.
